It is with some sadness and yet also excitement that we announce the end of an era for us here at J.E.S. ... I have been offered an amazing job opportunity to serve a part of our little community in a way I have never imagined! More details to come, but, that being said, tonight will be our last night serving all you lovely folks out from 5-8:30pm.
It has been such an honor to bring you all plant-based dishes, from farmer's markets to festivals, breweries to wineries, small and large catering events, and of course our incredible brick and mortar over at The Collective. Thank you ALL for such love and support through this fantastic journey!
A huge most loving THANK YOU to my anchor team over at The Collective, .onthebay - we have learned and grown so much together!
To for helping me brainstorm and implement so many of my big ideas, showing up for those long events and slinging food in the face of massive lines and hungry people - THANK YOU!
And, of course, the biggest of thanks to my right-hand woman, the young lady that has kept this biz going through it all, pushed through countless, long, tiring events, motivated me to stay creative and took on countless tasks like the ROCKSTAR she is (she can run the front of the house, back of the house, cook, clean, sell, and boogie down when times get tough but the music is loud) - the one and only - my partner in crime in this crazy J.E.S. journey! Love you Beanie.
And you haven't seen the last of us! We will be available for catering and an event here and there. Keep an eye out for our sauces in the future as well.
