Like the renegade Bordeaux winemakers known as "Garagistes," Taft Street began in a garage rather than a grand chateau, always stressing quality without pretense. Taft Street Winery continues in the garagistes traditions to this day, producing limited production, handcrafted wines from select Russian River Valley vineyards.

Join us Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 11am–4:30pm for wine tasting, wines by the glass, bocce, picnics, and a laid-back weekend in the Russian River Valley. We’re athletes too, and over the past few years we’ve loved connecting Taft Street with the local running community. We’re excited to partner with and for two fun events happening at Sports Basement Presidio in San Francisco.

Tonight! (Tue Feb 17)
Book launch party for Strong as a Mother with 3x Olympian . 3-mile fun run led by Run Club SF Coach Toby (who you may also know from Taft Street 😉), followed by reading, Q&A, and book signing.

This Sunday (Feb 22)
Trail 101 – Explore the Dirt(ier) Side of Running.
Trail shoe demos (Topo + HOKA), curated trail runs (short & long options), local trail racing orgs and brands, snacks, raffle prizes & more!

Our first event of the year is here! We’re part of Tailgate with Taste Route 116 happening next Saturday before the Big Game.

We’ll be serving up Mexican street-style, game-day snacks and refreshing wine and cider drinks with a bright, fruit-forward agua fresca twist. It’s our wine country take on a tailgate party.
