Like the renegade Bordeaux winemakers known as "Garagistes," Taft Street began in a garage rather than a grand chateau, always stressing quality without pretense. Taft Street Winery continues in the garagistes traditions to this day, producing limited production, handcrafted wines from select Russian River Valley vineyards.

We kicked off the last weekend of summer with a visit from Run Club SF! The crew came up from the city for some w**e, sunshine and quality time together. ☺️✨

Toby, who works with us here at Taft Street, has been part of San Francisco’s running community for more than 20 years. He coaches with Run Club SF, is a high school cross country coach, and works one-on-one with runners of all ages through Toby Silver Runs San Francisco — from kids learning to run to adults training for short races, marathons and ultras.

We’re usually seeing this crew in running gear, so it was fun seeing everyone in w**ery mode for the afternoon!

Thanks for making the trip north Run Club SF. We loved having you here. 👟🥳🍷

We’re open today from 11am-4:30pm. Stop by for a tasting, pick up a few bottles, or just come hang out for a while. It’s shaping up to be a lovely day in West Sonoma County.
