Julien, our Winemaker, and Ruben (KB Lab & Production Manager) visited the Taransaud cooperage, spent time with the artisans behind the barrels that help shape our wines. From fire-bending the staves into form to the final toast over flame, every detail influences the texture, spice, and character the oak brings to our wine.

And in between cooperages and cellar visits: a true moment in the making, sunrise over Burgundy in a hot air balloon, White Burgundy in hand.

The cellar release is closing at midnight tonight, April 23 — library vintages, large formats, wines we've been holding back, all available to order online.
