Whole tea flowers are different. Our 2026 organic chamomile harvest is dried, packed, and ready. We keep the flower heads completely whole so every cup retains the natural essential oils—giving you a deep, sweet apple-honey flavor that commercial tea bags can’t match.
• 100% Certified Organic
• Single-Origin & Sebastopol Grown
• Hand-harvested 2026 crop

Makes a perfect, warm local gift for anyone needing a little extra sleep support this season.

10/12/2026: 2026 olive harvest in Sonoma. Hot weather resulted in harvesting 3 weeks earlier than previous years. I also decided to go for a higher percent of green to ripe olives to increase polyphenols in the oil. This is more pungent and peppery than previous years, and but still has a level of smoothness. This season I also changed my management of olive fruit fly and only used surround - no bait traps, no gf120 - and there is very little fruit fly damage. 2026 olio nuovo, Sonoma grown and Sonoma milled. Certified organic. I’ll be switching out to the new EVOO stock this weekend Sebastopol Farmers Market. The remaining 2025 stock is turning into everyone’s favorite - málà hóng yóu 麻辣红油 - numbing spicy hot red oil - with my EVOO, dried chilis and Sichuan peppercorns.
