New here? We’re so glad you found us, and it felt like time to properly say hello. This is Lala, the heart of our farm in Sebastopol, our mom, and a UC Master Gardener with the greenest thumb we know. She grows the peaches, plums, corn and herbs that fill our pay-what-you-can farmstand every week.
Here’s what makes August 28th special: it’s the day we signed for this land, and it’s also Lala’s birthday. So we’re throwing a Farm-A-Versary to celebrate all of it, and to give back. We’re partnering with the Redwood Empire Food Bank to raise funds and collect non-perishable food. There will be spots all over the property to donate food and cash, and for every non-perishable item you bring, your name goes in the raffle for some good prizes.
