A customer recently asked us for a good freezer corn recipe—and it got us thinking… why not ask all of you? 🌽

What’s your favorite way to put sweet corn in the freezer for later? Share your go-to recipe or tips in the comments—we’d love to hear how you do it!

Our family recipe is:
- Take the husk off and get the sills off as best as possible.
- Blanche it (drop it in boiling water for 4-5minutes and then put it in ice water for 4-5 minutes)
- take the kernels off the cob (I use a tool from Pamped Chef, but a shatp knife works.)
- butter and salt to taste
- put the amount you want in a freezer bag
- remove excess air
- freeze

Most importantly, make sure you don’t get a belly ache from snacking!

Due to last night’s rain, we weren’t able to pick corn. The stands will likely run out today—sorry for the inconvenience! We plan to have them restocked and full by Thursday morning.
