Another Saturday, another beautiful wedding in the books! Congratulations to Abby & Taylor, and thank you for trusting Mallard's Catering Co. to be part of such a special day.

This one was especially meaningful, a few years ago we had the honor of catering Abby's brother's wedding, and being invited back to serve another family celebration means more to us than we can put into words. Thank you for letting us be a small part of your family's memories.

One thing we always strive for is making your menu fit your wedding—not the other way around. For Abby & Taylor's wedding, the main buffet featured our smoked pulled pork, while the bride requested smoked turkey just for herself. Whether it's preparing a favorite meat just for the couple, serving a premium option to a small group instead of your entire guest list, or accommodating dietary restrictions and food allergies, we're happy to customize your menu to make your day exactly what you envision.

Yesterday's wedding took us about two hours down the road to Conway, Missouri, where we had the honor of catering Kelley & Bart's beautiful wedding at their beautiful home.

Let's just say Missouri reminded everyone it's July. 🥵 Between the heat and an outdoor setup, it was one of those days that made you appreciate a little shade and a breeze (there was none)—but seeing everyone enjoying the food made every bit of it worthwhile.

One thing that became clear and was shared with me multiple times really meant a lot. Before choosing us, they tasted food from a long list of caterers. Knowing they ultimately trusted Mallard's Catering Co. to be part of such an important day is something we don't take lightly.

Kelley & Bart, thank you for letting us celebrate with you and your families. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness together!
