SOURDOUGH 101:
In this class:
*includes a sourdough starter guide
⚪️You will receive a mature sourdough starter and learn how to feed & maintain it to make your own bread and other discard recipes.
⚪️You will shape & bake a loaf of sourdough during the class.
⚪️You will follow a recipe during the class to mix your own dough to take a second loaf home to bake.
⚪️You will learn sourdough baking techniques,terminology, baking schedules, and other tips & tricks.
⚪️You will receive baking supplies, including a banneton, dough hook, bowl scraper & scoring tool to help continue your sourdough journey!
Appetizers (including sourdough!) will be served😊

**Refund policy:
There is a lot of time and preparation that goes into hosting a sourdough class. Please give a one week notice to receive a full refund. If you are unable to attend less than one week before the date of the class, I will reschedule you for another class at a later date.
FOCACCIA is an Italian flat bread flavored with olive oil, seasonings and a variety of toppings. In this class, we will learn how Sourdough Foccacia is made using a simple recipe with sourdough starter (included in the class)! You will get to pick from a variety of toppings to make and bake a delicious focaccia to take home.
You will also learn how to feed & maintain a starter.
You will receive a goody bag & snacks are served.
Class is💲55. This is a two hour class.

Pizza/Cracker/Scones are on the menu for this class!
We will have a sourdough starter Q&A time that includes how to use sourdough discard in recipes (and take some with you). We will learn how to make enough starter for snacks AND bread. We will make a few recipes and learn how versatile they both are. Snacks and a goody bag are included. This class is $55 and is 2 hours long.
SOURDOUGH CINNAMON ROLLS-
We will follow a sourdough brioche recipe and go through the process of making a filling and the different methods to rolling. We will discuss the many ways to make icing. You will make,bake & take cinnamon rolls home!
We will also discuss the feeding and maintenance of sourdough starter. A goody bag & snacks are included. The class is $55 and is 2 hours.
SOURDOUGH PIZZA (Make, Bake & Freeze)
In this class you will receive a easy recipe that we will follow to make sourdough pizza dough.
We will discuss sourdough starter feeding & maintenance, the fermentation process of the dough and benefits of using sourdough for pizza dough.
We will discuss shaping & stretching techniques. Baking methods, including using a home oven or pizza stone, as well as ideal temperatures and baking times.
Everyone will get hands-on instruction on making & baking pizzas during class with a choice of toppings, sauces, cheeses and veggies for everyone to enjoy! We will also make a pizza to take home that can be frozen and baked at a later time.
