The Breakfast Chuck We are Renee & Shannon and we are happy to bring our home cooking to the New Braunfels area. We both share the love of food and have a great passion for it.

We are not only business partners, but we have known each other for 35 years and are best friends. We love turning something basic into something a step beyond. Taking the every day food and putting our twist on it. We will be bringing a wholesome breakfast to the food truck scene.

We will be closed for summer break between June 1 and June 21 reopening again on the 25th to normal business hours. On our summer break my family and I hope to find new tasty treats to bring back to the food truck for you guys try, and if I don’t get too caught up in the moment I’ll be posting some pictures of our adventures. We had a great time this weekend at Hill Country Kart Club. Not only did we get to meet some incredible people and serve our food. We get to watch all these racers from young to old perfect they’re talent and get better with every race.
