Today is National Farmer’s Day! We wouldn’t survive without all of the farmers all around the globe working the land to produce various foods for us to enjoy, and that includes our bee farmers right here in Seguin, Texas.

Thank you to our Holdman Honey crew for their dedication and hard work day in and day out to bring local, raw, pure honey to our community, neighbors, and beyond.

How can you celebrate National Farmers Day? Visit a farmers market this weekend! We are at the Pearl Markets Historic Pearl every Saturday from 9-1. We love to educate, sample our products, and hopefully you leave with a smile and a new friend!

Place in a glass storage container (mason jar works great), mix well, and refrigerate overnight. Add sliced almonds. (I will also be adding cinnamon.)
