It felt great to be back on the competition trail yesterday as we did the 23rd annual Guadalupe County Fair BBQ Cookoff down the road from us.
After the smoke cleared we ended up walking in 3 of the 4 meat categories.
7th place chicken
5th place pork ribs
3rd place pork
19th place brisket
13th and 11th place KidsQ and
7th place beans
We were blessed to walk away in the top 10 at overall 6th place!

We can’t thank everyone enough for buying plates yesterday! It felt great to be back to serving y’all!

Hello Gacho Bad BBQ Family and friends!
We have had many people ask when our next plate sale is so mark your calendars for September 19th at 2PM
On the menu we will have our award winning smoked pulled pork sandwiches with a side of Cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans and all the fixin’s with a sweet tea for just $15 a plate.

We are accepting preorders starting NOW!

As always we appreciate the continued support from family and friends, and we definitely love seeing new faces who get to try out what we have to offer! 😊
