It was a rough summer, which is why I have delayed posting about my Thanksgiving turkeys.
Our flock started at 60 and, due to idiotic turkey moves such as drowning in the water trough or maneuvering to decease itself via a stall shovel 🤦🏼♀️, we have 25 surviving turkeys.
I have SEVEN available turkeys for Thanksgiving. They will likely be around 15 lbs.
Price is $5.15/lb processed, and does NOT include giblets. Giblet packs are $5 each and include the neck, heart, liver, and cleaned gizzard. If you would like your turkey cut and packaged by the cut (breasts, thighs, drumsticks, wings), there is a $10 cut/package fee.
Fresh turkey will need to be picked up on the day of processing unless other arrangements have been made. Otherwise, it will be frozen.
Delivery to Fairview will be Tuesday this year.
