We are busy harvesting our lavender. Today we are doing Gros Bleu. It has a wonderful fragrance & purple flowers. Here are soon pictures & a video of us distilling it.

Just started cutting my Melissa Lavender for drying for buds.

Lavender plants end of first season. Planted first of June. 640 lost 40 the first few weeks. Supplier replaced/ refunded them. Went from small 3” plugs to about 6” diameter plants on average.

Lavender is getting so big after just 2 months. I started from 4” plugs and now they are size of a small cabbage.

Finished planting 640 lavender plants first part of June with my husband, Doug and son, Joe’s help. A lot of help. Took us 5 days just to do the plants due that it was hot in afternoon.
