UPDATE: We have a wheelchair! Thank you so much to all the awesome people who offered to help!

ISO mobility aid of some sort (scooter/wheelchair) to borrow for tomorrow (Sunday, September 27, 2026). Good afternoon. I was wondering if anybody has a scooter or wheelchair that they would be willing to rent to us/loan us for a day trip tomorrow (Sunday). As many of you know, our family farms for a living in Bethlehem and Selkirk. Unfortunately, our garlic wasn't very happy this year, so we are stuck heading out to the Hudson Valley Garlic Festival (in Saugerties, tomorrow) to [hopefully] buy enough garlic to put a decent size crop in the ground this fall. This year, we'd love to bring our friend, George (a disabled Vietnam veteran), who is visiting us for the weekend. Unfortunately, George is not up to walking very far, and we will HAVE to trek the entire festival (from one side to the other) to get all of the varieties that we need to plant for next year. We're more than happy to pay/ give a deposit/ whatever we have to go make tomorrow and amazing day for a truly awesome human being.
