We lost one our wonderful and amazing pigs this week. Our beautiful Princess Zelda. She was a first time mama and was doing a great job. We made a mistake and unfortunately it cost us a sweet girl. We will move forward with all the valuable information we learned from this event so it does not cost us any pigs in the future. We are hand feeding 5 babies now. They are all doing well and taking formula from a plate. I know they miss their mama but they are little fighters and will push through.

Some dear friends of ours purchased this young boar from us back in spring. He was born 2/14/2023. They had to move and could not bring him. We have his conpanion as well but have yet to decide what to do with her. He is a Kune Kune with 1/8 American Guinea hog. He would make an amazing breeder for meat pigs, or great conpanion animal. He is very mild mannered and does not mind being picked up handled, petted, and fed treats. If interested please message me.

I have struggled for the last week on how to make this post. Our farm had an invader of the predator kind. We lost all but one, of Zoeys liter. He is doing great. Because he is our farms very first AKKPS piglet we may keep him. I never keep a pig unless it’s for a purpose. We are trying to train him to work as a farm education animal. So he would be able to visit schools and other farms. To meet with people and educate them, as an ambassador of the farm. His name is Zayden, aka Lil Z. I thought I would share some pictures this morning for all the farm fans to meet him.
