Meet Bowie, he's an adorable bunny who was born on September 30th and had to be hand raised due to his momma's unfortunate passing during birth. He's now 7 months old, fixed and eagerly waiting for his forever family. Currently, he's in an xpen but is well-behaved while freeroaming. Bowie loves being petted but dislikes being picked up. In my opinion, he would make a great husbun! He's not bothered by dogs or cats, but can be a bit timid around high-energy kids. He does great with my children who are 14+.

He is looking for an indoor home, that will love on him and give him the attention he deserves.

Our rescue is a full capacity right now, and we have several bunnies looking for their furever families. We are open to a Foster to Adopt situation as well. We are located in Selma Or and can travel a little bit for the right home. There is an adoption process and I do require pictures of your indoor set up for your new bunny friend. Bunnies cannot live in a small animal cage or hutches, but I am happy to help you find the right set up for your home and needs.

Well, little Smudge here, is actually a boy and had to be separated from his friends. Unfortunately this means we are on pregnancy watch with Sage, Raven and Queenie, since they were in the same cage at their last owners. I will say, though, Smudge became super cuddly after being separated, so that is a huge plus!

Say hello to the newest rescues! Smudge, the red harlequin half lop, Sage and Raven, the 2 black twins, and Queenie the grey Holland lop.

I was contacted by a young woman needing to home her bunnies after she had already moved and wasn't able to bring them with. When asked how many.... she said 16!!! Yes 16 rabbits in need of a home. And she moved away a month ago, leaving the bunnies behind. I went to get 1 bunny, for Dublin after Bubbles passed, since he was so lonely.....She had the rabbits in a 10x20 shed.... I wasn't prepared for what I walked into. The smell was so horrible Nick nearly puked. There were the 16 rabbits in make shift pens and hutches. Tiny hutches.... filled with bunnies. But there were also 20+ guinea pigs.... all in this shed. These 4 were in 1 4x6 elevated pen on top of a months worth of p*e and f***s. I knew I went for 1, but I needed to help as much as I could. Since these 4 were already housed together, I knew I could keep them that way, so I offered to take them. It hurt to leave behind the rest, but I also needed to remember I need to be able to provide for them.

They have settled in really well, and even though this is all so new to them, they are learning quick. Being indoors for the first time. Being pet regularly. Plenty of space to play. Fresh hay and water everyday.... and they were never named.... which adds to the sadness of their situation, so I made sure they had names they liked. Sage binkies around everytime I say her name. Raven loves to lick and groom me. Queenie is super shy, but takes care of the rest, and Smudge is trying so hard to become friendly, her fear just gets in the way a lot.

Little Rowan isn't gaining weight like Penelope, so we will be separating him at breakfast so he can get extra grain. But I will say he has become a VERY sweet boy. He absolutely loves to be held.

Penelope sure is blossoming into a beautiful filly! She is already almost 13hh! And I am guessing she was born in late December, so she is roughly 8 months old now.

Brushed Penelope and Rowan, including both their tails and Penelope's feathers on her feet. Cleaned hooves, took them for a walk, then let them both run around the big corral! They were both easily caught after, which was a shocker lol but they really are amazing little horses.

They have changed so much in 3 months! We got them on April 22, but these were the best comparison pictures. They were completely untouchable, covered in matted fur, and look how short Rowans tail was! He really was just a baby when we got him. I wish I would have been able to measure them the day they got here... but I know Pen is huge.

Rowan gets his own "glow-up" post. He, by far, has changed the most. He stayed untouchable way longer than Penelope, and he still shies away from me quite often. John has a great relationship with him, though and it really is a beautiful thing to see. Rowan no longer has a baby face, and is close to Penelope's size when she got here in April. He was most likely born in January, maybe early February, putting him between 6-7 months old now. Which means he really was ripped from his mom, considering we got him in April.... he was only 3ish months old 😭 and the guy said he picked him up off the reservation a month before that! It really is a miracle he is alive. I really thought we would lose him those first couple weeks. He was so sick. As you can see, though, he looks amazing and is growing up nicely.

Went to the coast today with the family to escape the extreme heat in the Valley. It was SO worth it!

It is with a very heavy heart that I announce the passing of our sweet Willa. We found her this morning already gone. We are unsure of the exact cause, but there were no wounds, no sign of struggle either. She was just... gone.

You will be greatly missed my sweet, goofy goat-dog. I do know you lived the very best life, loved coming into the house, loved to meet new people, and snacks were the most important thing in life. You never let being blind slow you down. We love you.

We have been going back and forth on getting Truffles an actual pig friend for months (he isnt a fan of the goats) .... and we came across this little dude who was getting eaten alive by a bigger piglet (look at his ears) and decided to bring him home. He is pretty feral, and chewed up bad, but we will get him better and eventually he will be Truffles lil buddy (he needs to grow up some, and we will need to neuter him)

So meet Oswald aka Ozzie (Nickolas Taylor named him) no clue how old he is, but he is young and tiny. Hoping to win him over soon.
