Today we celebrate the amazing person who founded Seminole Bee Farms, my partner, my mentor, and my best friend. Thank you for inspiring so many people to start beekeeping, for teaching both kids and adults, and for dedicating your life to rescuing and protecting bees.

Two years ago, just like it happened to Slobo, a swarm arrived. For a long time, our nephew was terrified of them. But seeing that swarm completely changed everything, it made him lose his fear and finally see the true magic of bees.
He bravely put on a suit, experienced beekeeping firsthand, and started coming out to the farm to learn directly from them. Today, he has become a fundamental part of what we do.
Watching him grow has been so bittersweet, he is officially heading to middle school now! We are incredibly proud of him and hope that one day, he will carry on as the next generation of beekeepers in our family. 🐝
