We are a production brewery with tasting room in the heart of Pinellas county focusing on hand crafted, small batch, artisanal Ales and Lagers. Stop by to try one or more of our 40 beers that have been hand crafted on premise. We also sell flights of 4, 6 or 9 beers for your sampling pleasure.

Our 2024 gold medal winning Baltic porter is a recipe crafted by our founder and the late brewmaster, Greg Rapp, in honor of his Great Grandfather, Rudolph Rapp—a brewer in Germany who lived near the Baltic Sea in the early 1900s. Originating from a family recipe in Mohrungen, Germany, from the 1900s, this beer puts a unique spin on the Imperial Stout by using lager yeast. This choice leads to a rich tapestry of flavors, including dark fruits, and concludes with a smooth finish. 10%abv. This is a single keg release as we're saving the rest for winter months!
