Well… vacation is over and it’s time to get back to work!

Troy and I took a couple of weeks off to vacation in Colorado. We got home and immediately started work, at our real jobs AND the bees! Although it feels great to take those much needed vacations, it sure is hard to get caught back up on work.

Troy’s been doing inspections and moving bees from yard to yard now that the extracting season is over. Thankfully, I’m working inside in the AC filling orders.

With all that being said, if you need honey, let us know! We will be happy to help you!

Troy is a teacher, and the beekeeper, at the Environmental Studies Center. He went back to work this week and had a lot to do! If you are in the Hillcrest area, go by and get some honey from them!

Happy 250th Birthday to America. At Latham Bee Farm, our love for the country runs deep. Come celebrate with us at the Grand Bay Watermelon Festival, where you'll find watermelon, music, vendors, and fun activities. We look forward to meeting you.
