The best Thanksgiving corn and pork chops! We used local corn from Seneca Falls Farmers Market and this cooked inside with my other half while I grilled the chops. Rubbed 3 with Dan-O's Seasoning and one with bucks seasoning. They came out perfect off the Nexgrill And ok, we cheated on the taters. Those were instant!

Chicken enchilada soup! This one was delicious! You know it's good when your other half says make it again! We used some local ingredients in this. Chicken breast from Bostrom Farms and local corn and garlic from Seneca Falls Farmers Market helped take it to the next level. I had to be extra and cook the chicken on the Nexgrill because why not. It really was to speed things up.

Ham and swiss sliders! These delicious little sandwiches are super easy to make and so good! Two layers of ham and cheese, ranch, and that glaze on top make these delicious!

Stuffed mushroom 🍄 dip! This one was more for my beautiful other half, as I'm not a mushroom guy, but it surprised me! It had good flavor, the sausage really helped that. The good thing is you could use the other ingredients as a base, and swap the mushrooms for something else if you wanted! I gave it a chance, you should too

Stuffed pepper casserole! We used peppers and garlic we got at Seneca Falls Farmers Market along with some other ingredients and it came out perfect! This is a delicious dish we love!

Smokey jalapeño popper meatloaf! This was absolutely delicious! Got our jalapeños at the Seneca Falls Farmers Market and they flavored it perfectly. Had to sub mozzarella for the pepper jack but it was still fantastic
