Happy Earth Day 🌎💚
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. From using recycled materials in our stelvins, glassware, and most of our labels, to composting all grape pomace during harvest, we’re always working to reduce our impact. Our solar panels have been soaking up the sun since 2016 and helpgenerate 95% of the energy used across our tasting room, cellar, and distillery, while even powering our EV charging stations.
And it doesn’t stop there. Our distillery’s leftover mash goes to a local farmer at the Savannah Pig Rescue to feed some very happy pigs, and helps create a more circular, waste-free process.
