1 tbspn of lard in burger mix (because it's too lean to make a patty)
And grilled in butter

We are so excited about opening our retail soon so we can share with all of you!
First retail State inspected slaughter is tomorrow, hanging time two weeks and we'll be in business!

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to enjoy the lives, families, and freedoms we often take for granted each day.

From all of us at Outback Archery of Joplin, we want to sincerely thank all of our military heroes and their families for the sacrifices they have made for this country.

As you spend time with family and friends today, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day.

These hickory smokehouse days are increasing and we love it, thank you all for your support! it's hard work but the pride in the outcome of Derricks products show in his face, Derrick Barnes , Ethan Epperson , and Cindy Fox work so hard and take so much pride in their work, I walk through occasionally after my day job and take pictures, so proud of our team!
