Job Title: Catering Kitchen Team Member, Varying Schedule
Location: Downtown Seneca, SC

We're seeking a reliable & energetic Catering Kitchen Team Member to assist with food preparation, assembly, kitchen organization, & event prep. In this role, you'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure high-quality presentation, efficient kitchen operations, & timely event preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prep & Cooking: Assist with prep work including chopping, slicing, mixing, & preparing dishes according to company recipes & quality standards.
Plating & Assembly: Package and arrange catering orders, party trays, food bars, and custom spreads with care & precision.
Maintenance & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, & sanitary work station; assist with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, & standard food safety procedures.
Inventory & Stocking: Monitor supplies, label & date prepared items properly, & assist with stocking deliveries.
Team Collaboration: Work productively alongside kitchen & office staff to meet event deadlines & execute daily catering production smoothly.

Experience: Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred (line cook, prep cook, catering staff, or similar role).
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work a varying schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on event demand.
Teamwork: Strong team player with a positive attitude, clear communication skills, and a commitment to helping fellow team members succeed.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 40–50 lbs.
