**We’re Hiring: Kitchen Help / Prep Cook**

Stiller’s Meats & Smokehouse is looking to add dependable help to our kitchen team.

This position would include helping with food prep, cooking, salads, dishes, cleaning, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy lunch hours. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, willing to learn, and able to work at a steady pace.

Kitchen experience is helpful, but a good attitude, dependability, and work ethic are most important.

**Job duties may include:**

* Preparing hot foods and sides
* Making salads and cold sides
* Helping keep food stocked and ready for customers
* Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean
* Following recipes and instructions
* Staying calm and focused during busy times

**Must be:**

* Dependable and on time
* Able to work independently once trained
* Willing to take direction
* Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
* Able to help with dishes and cleanup as part of the job

Daytime hours available. Part-time to possibly more hours for the right person. We are open 10-6 Tuesday-Saturday

🕘 Full-Time Position

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and taking initiative throughout the day.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers as they walk in the door

Help customers and answer questions about our products

Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers

Work in the front kitchen preparing sandwiches for lunch and dinner orders

Keep front inventory stocked and organized

Keep the front area clean and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys being a go-to person when things need handled

Strong reliability and a sense of responsibility

Good communication and a positive attitude with customers

Ability to stay productive and focused throughout the shift

You’ll be a key part of keeping the front of the store running smoothly throughout the day.
