Fresh from the hive, our 2026 Spring Honeycomb represents the same dedication to purity we pour into The Hive Bar. 🍯

Instead of traditional steeping, we now use a hyper-concentrated, organic Calendula CO2 extract—allowing us to lock in the absolute highest potency of the flower’s healing compounds without any heat degradation. 🌺

Blended with our raw Senoia beeswax and golden jojoba oil, it delivers pure, nutrient-dense barrier repair for the most sensitive skin. 🐝

This burr comb is a fleeting treat—the freshest honey you’ll ever taste, straight from the hive tool.

Pure. Raw. Local. 🍯

Liquid gold in the making. 🍯
There is a specific, calming hum that fills our Senoia apiaries during a heavy nectar flow. It’s the sound of the girls transforming Georgia’s spring blooms into the deep, complex honey you find on your table.
Pure. Raw. Local. This is the pace of nature. 🐝

🌸 We leave the pollen right where the bees put it.

By keeping our honey raw and unfiltered, we preserve the seasonal signature of our local Georgia wildflowers.

It’s honey exactly as the hive intended—unprocessed, nutrient-dense, and connected to our home 🐝🍯.

Good things take time... and sunshine. ☀️

Right now, whole calendula flowers are slow-marinating in golden jojoba oil on our Senoia windowsills.

This isn’t just for show—the sunlight helps extract every bit of the calendula’s natural healing power into the oil.

Once this infusion is peak “liquid gold,” it gets blended with our raw beeswax to create the ultimate barrier-repair bar for babies and sensitive skin.

The Boys Are Back in Town! 🐝🎸

Spring is whispering in Senoia. We just spotted our first drones of the season taking their orientation flights!

The Biology: Drones appear when a colony is thriving and ready to invest in the future. But their appearance is just the start of the countdown. ⏱️

The Maturity Lag: These drones require approximately 14 days post-emergence to reach full sexual maturity. This ensures our 2026 queens are well-mated, high-fecundity, and built for longevity. 👑🧬

While these boys are maturing, we are going “heads-up” to verify our mating yards and finalize our Harbo-VSH selection protocols.

The gold rush has started in Senoia. 🐝💛

Red Maple is officially blooming.

This early pollen isn’t just food—it’s the signal for our colonies to start building the massive nurse bee populations we need for a successful grafting season.

We love seeing our girls hit the trees early and aggressively. Strong winter cluster + early maple forage = explosive spring queens. 👑

The Quiet Power of a Blue Dot. 🔵👑

She’s just walking the comb, doing her job. She doesn’t know she’s the heartbeat of the whole operation.

In a world of fast genetics, there is no substitute for Survivor Stock.

She might not know she’s beautiful, but we know her value.❤️

Great Queens aren’t born. 👑They’re fed.

We are pouring the protein to them right now for one reason: Fat Bodies.

By flooding the yard with Ultra Bee, we are ensuring our Nurse Bees are biologically peaked.

When we drop that first graft of larvae next month, these nurses will be overflowing with the Royal Jelly needed to feed them.

We want deep, textured cells and heavy virgins that fly with vigor.

The nutrition starts now. The grafting starts soon.🐝

The Original Beekeeper. 🧗‍♂️🐝

You are looking at the oldest known depiction of honey harvesting in human history.

This is the “Man of Bicorp,” a cave painting discovered in the Spider Caves of Valencia, Spain.
The Date: ~8,000 years ago (Mesolithic Era).

The Scene:
No white suit. No smoker. No veil.
Just a human climbing wild vines up a cliff face to rob a massive colony, surrounded by a cloud of angry bees.

Tools and technology have changed, but the mission hasn’t:

* Respect the colony.
* Manage the risk.
* Secure the liquid gold.

We stand on the shoulders of giants (who were probably getting stung a lot).❤️🐝

If you had no suit and just a vine rope... are you still making the climb? 🤔
