Dungeness Valley Creamery has 11 head of cattle at the Clallam County Fair this year. All borrowed by 4-Hers from the Rascals and Pure Country 4-H clubs. We were able to watch the dairy show yesterday and were very proud of all the kids 😍. They handled them so well and had them all clipped up and beautiful. So much work and planning goes into shows. Congratulations kids and kudos to all the parents and 4-H leaders who make this happen every year. And thank you to Amy Adolphsen for putting on a clipping clinic 🙏🙏🙏 Pictured is 8 out of the 11 head.

Shout out to our "Production Queens!"

Our herd is tested by a third party every month for milk production, fat %, protein % and somatic cell score. These "ladies" made the "Production Queens" list through DHIA (Dairy Herd Improvement Association). The rankings are based on ECM (Energy Corrected Milk) which takes into account the fat and protein content of their milk in 305 days. We've never had this many cows make the list!
