ackground. “Although I had never grown lavender before moving to Sequim, my family farmed so I grew up learning about different soils and farming
practices,” he said. “I was able to apply my knowledge of farming to lavender growing.”

Since planting his first lavender plants in 1997, Victor has developed growing practices
that have allowed his plants to thrive. Victor continues to expand his knowledge with each plant he cultivates. Great News! Victor's Lavender has announced the opening of a national Plant Distribution Center in Central Ohio, expanding access to healthy lavender plants and consulting support for Midwest and East Coast growers.
The new facility reduces shipping distance, cost, and plant stress while offering pickup and regional delivery options. Victor’s Lavender supplies more than 20 lavender varieties in multiple sizes, including hard-to-find cultivars suitable for agritourism and commercial production.

Founder Victor Gonzales will be available regularly at the Ohio location to meet with growers and provide guidance.

“I love the challenge of helping people,” Gonzales says. “I listen to their questions and then go over ways they can become more successful.”
