Good afternoon everyone! As most of you know David and I will be hosting the 2027 Texas Men's State Chili Cook-Off at North Texas Jellystone. The dates for the 2027 Cook will be the first weekend March 5th-7th. The Marine Corps League Longhorn Detachment #1069 will be the Non-Profit once again to host the weekend of competitions.

This is a working schedule so as we get more information I will keep you posted. The beneficiary of the cooks will benefit Cook Children's Medical Center here in Fort Worth. We have some great ideas for our awards this year that will incorporate Cook Children's. If your POD's want to start booking at the resort, please let them know to put Chili Cook-Off in the notes. They rates for that weekend are discounted between $40 and $80 depending on what type of room you book.
We are looking forward to seeing all of you and making this one of the best cooks in Texas!
