Who says vegetables can’t steal the show?

One of my favorite creations from this weekend was this oversized board of grilled and roasted seasonal vegetables, finished with fresh herbs and a drizzle of basil oil.

The generous size of this board gave me room to get creative with color, texture, and composition. It’s one of the things I love most about styling food for larger gatherings.

I’m so pleased with the end result!

A wedding weekend, welcomed the Annapolis way.

This one was pretty special.

When the groom’s parents decided to host a welcome party in the bride’s hometown of Annapolis, they chose an iconic local spot — McGarvey’s.

While McGarvey’s is no stranger to hosting celebrations, this welcome party brought something a little different to the space. We had the opportunity to partner with their team to create a larger, more styled experience — combining three of our abundant gathering tables with passed hors d’oeuvres and selections from the McGarvey’s kitchen.

The result was exactly what a welcome party should feel like — relaxed, generous and made for mingling. Guests could move throughout the space, grab a bite, catch up with old friends and meet new ones as the wedding weekend got underway.

For us, it was such a great example of what can happen when two local businesses come together and each brings what they do best.

A beautiful evening, a wonderful collaboration and a pretty perfect way to kick off a wedding weekend in Annapolis. 🤍

A little throwback today to one of my favorite custom requests!

These individual snack boxes were created for a 6th birthday party — a fun, kid-friendly take on the boards and boxes I usually make.

One thing I always want my clients to know: if you see an idea you love but have absolutely no idea who can make it happen, please give me a shout!

Not everything I create is on my regular menu. I love taking an idea, putting my spin on it, and figuring out how to make it work for your gathering.
