🇺🇸 The Missing Man Table 🇺🇸

Today at Chick-fil-A Sevierville, you may notice a special table set aside in our dining room. It’s called The Missing Man Table, and it’s set in remembrance of those who never made it home.

Each item on the table holds deep meaning:

🌹 A red rose honors the loved ones left behind.
🍋 A slice of lemon symbolizes their bitter fate.
🧂 Salt to symbolize the tears of those missingng and their families.
🕯️ A candle represents hope for their return.
🍷 An inverted glass to show the inability to share a toast.
📖 The Bible signifies the strength gained through faith.
🍽️ An empty chair reminds us of their absence.

We set this table to pause, reflect, and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage and their memory deserve to be recognized—not just on Memorial Day, but every day.

From all of us at Chick-fil-A Sevierville, thank you to our service members, past and present. Your sacrifice is never forgotten. ❤️🤍💙
