Cheese itz

8oz cheese shredded
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter cubed
2 -3 tbsp milk

Mix in food processor, divide dough in half roll each half on parchment then cut and poke holes
Bake 325f for 15 minutes

Ginger cookies with chocolate chips.
Made with coconut oil. Kid tested and approved!

4 &1/2 cups flour
1tsp ground cloves
3 tsp ground ginger
1 &1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Mix and set aside....in another bowl add
1&1/2 cups coconut oil then mix with electric mixer for 1 minute then add

2 cups sugar

Beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer then add...

2 large cold eggs
1/2 cup molasses

Mix and slowly stir in flour mixture with a big spoon then add in 1/2 cup chocolate chips if desired. Use a small cookie scoop and roll cookie ball in sugar before placing on cookie sheet
Bake 350°F for about 6 minutes
