We are changing our page name to Double C Livestock, as we are now expanding to have Dexter Cattle! Possibly in the future, we may have dexters for sale.🥰

We are very excited for what our future holds. We have 9 pigs bred for spring litters, which most are sold, but we should have some fair pigs avaiable, so please watch our page.

Our herd of pigs has been expanding, with a registered hereford, 2 gilts that were born here and a registered Berkshire. See all 4 in the photos along with some of our cow girls!

Cody and I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and wishing you all the best during the upcoming Christmas and new year!!

We had our 5th litter of pigs, of 2025, born yesterday! This is our first litter with our new boar Oreo (The Mayor X No Stranger). Bertha and Oreo did not disappoint us. They had 14 babies alive and healthy!!!

Last night we had what I think are the most prettiest piglets born. First time mom, Felicia, did amazing she farrowed 8 babies and she was bred to our blue boar Mickey. Enjoy the cute photos. These will be raised to feed our family and if I can convince Cody we may have some future mommies in this group!!! Big thanks to my mom and dad coming over to assist in farrowing as I was not prepared and had other hangry animals to also tend too.

This was no April's fool, for me and Cody Smith. I appreciate Ciara Cain for letting us breed our Hereford to her boar, Joker. Made some nice cross babies. 11 piglets alive and doing well!! Right now we have total of 33 babies and one more litter due April 27th.

We never planned to have more than one pig farrow at a time. Friday night/Saturday morning made that plan different. We knew it would be rough and with our luck we figured we would be running from one pig to the other to farrow. Bertha started having about 2AM and we knew Betty was getting close but thankfully Betty held off until Bertha was done and we were just about to take a nap(of course my luck) and started about 5AM. Both had unassisted, moms are doing great and we have a total of 23 HEALTHY babies! They are bred to a cross bred boar and we have color in both litters(last picture is the dad who was bred by Bona Vista and litter mate to Montgomery Co Fair Market Hog) These will be for sale and could possibly make late fair cuts....Thanks to Alice Weeks Hartshorn for the help of farrowing these babies and Ciara Cain for a nice boar to breed with!! 2 more farrowing, with more separated due dates but both in April. 🥰🐷🐖🐽🥰
