Here’s to the start of the Fourth of July in Seward. Cooking over 100 pounds of pork butts, 130ish pounds of brisket and will be cooking 52 racks of ribs on site on Saturday in Seward at Bottle Rocket Brewery. Come hungry and come early cause you never know when we will sell out that day. See you Saturday
