I just want to truly say thank you to everyone that continued to come out and support us, and believe me I truly tried everything I could possibly do but everything included was costing us two times what was coming in. I really thought with the quality of my barbecue and sides we would get the business to support it we did get lower food cost it just wasn’t enough 
On the Catering and event side that’s building and looking like it’s coming together very well but the overhead of the restaurant just wasn’t being supported enough to cover half the cost, again I do thank everyone that loved what we brought to Seymour and wish it could have been different

Hey guys. We appreciate all of your support but fireside cheesecakes and bbq is going to be shut down. We are turning the restaurant into an event center. We will still offer a bunch of catering options as well. Stay tuned. Our new place is going to be rebranded to The Gathering Place.
