Our farm is truly community supported. There is a saying that goes, "If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together".

While things may not come to fruition as fast as we'd like, Vine & Virtue Farm is built to last and that is in no small part due to our community that shows up at every step of the way.

A little over a month we asked you to help us get a $14,000 loan through Kiva to finish the electrical work on our commercial kitchen.

We had 20 local lenders in just a few hours which unlocked our loan for Kiva's global platform.

In just TWO weeks 276 people across the world lent to Vine & Virtue Farm to hit our goal.

Rhubarb is a spring favorite at our house.

Growing up, the only way I ever ate rhubarb was in rhubarb crisp form with whipped cream or ice cream. Totally valid and delicious, but there are other ways to eat it.

Kenna was on FOX 11 Living recently showing how to make rhubarb compote (a fancy way of saying rhubarb sauce) to put over a dutch baby!

It's a quick and easy way to switch up how to use up your rhubarb in a way that's tasty and uses a little less sugar than other recipes.

This weekend, you showed up!

15+ adults, 350 berry bushes planted, over a mile of fence line installed, and 10 pizzas consumed. A task that would have taken Kenna and I weeks. All done in a day! We are so grateful.

One of those mornings spent listening to the birds sing and the kids dig in the dirt. 😍
