🦆Meet the Muscovy flock 🦆

We have quite a few of these guys wandering around. They are by far one of my favorite birds we have!

Here are some fun facts about them:

They are excellent foragers, eating mosquitoes, spiders, small reptiles, and even rodents, in addition to plants.

Females are intensely broody and often adopt eggs from other birds, including geese and chickens

Muscovy ducks do not quack. Males make a low huffing or hissing sound, while females produce a trilling, quiet call.
