We had an amazing time at the North Plains Elephant Garlic Festival last weekend! A big THANK YOU to Kim, Terry, Sidney and especially David. Couldn't have done this event without you guys!
We are most likely SOLD OUT of garlic for the season. This may change as we get closer to fall. But currently, all of our remaining garlic is to be planted. Thank you all for helping to make this season a success.

NOW AVAILABLE: Gourmet Garlic Powder (Chesnok Red). We've dehydrated part of our fresh crop of organic Chesnok Red (Purple Stripe) garlic, dehydrated it, and ground it into a course fragrant powder. We just love the soft pink tint from the red skins of the Chesnok Red. While supplies last: $12.00 (4 oz bottle) or 3 for $32.00.

In Ashland at the Farmer's Market tomorrow (Tuesday). We will have Chesnok Red, Early Italian and some Music garlic available. Also, assortment strings, garlic scape powder and dehydrated garlic. Stop by and say "HI!"

Better Living Thru Garlic: Tip of the Day #3... Garlic has been used for centuries as a treatment for headache severity. A fresh garlic clove can be eaten to reduce the effects of a headache, but most would probably prefer a garlic tea made from fresh cloves as an alternative. Another option is to boil the cloves and breathe in the vapors.
