G’s Condiments has something special for this Saturday at the Lindstrom Public Market.

Huchigari made with buckwheat honey. It’s amazing - slightly fiery, garlicky, and with that deep, sticky sweetness of treacle. Yum!

I’d love to see you there and offer you a taste of this sticky goodness.

Introducing HUCHIGARI (pronounced HOO-chee-gah-ree), a naturally fermented blend of honey, garlic, and chili. Crafted with simplicity, patience, and quality ingredients.

The name is inspired by the Shona words:

* Huchi - honey
* Gari / gariki - garlic

Huchigari combines local, unadulterated honey, organic garlic and chilis, and a slow, natural fermentation process lasting one full month.

I’ll be at the Lindström Public Market this Saturday. Come and say hi and have the opportunity to taste some Huchigari!
