Our homemade Maple Bacon Brittle ice cream definitely belongs to the "must-try" category.

Sweetened with our maple syrup and utilizing a rich and decadent cream from a local dairy, this flavor has become a fan favorite.

The homemade bacon brittle adds just the right amount of savory while a dash of cayenne pepper provides another layer of complexity as the sweet heat pairs with the cool and refreshing ice cream.

Mini-Golf Update:

As many of you know, we’ve been building an 18-hole mini golf course at Slattengren Farms.

We were originally hoping to have the course open in June or July, but to our chagrin, that did not happen. Additionally, due to quality issues, we are now going to redo some elements of our mini-golf course. We plan on re-working one hole at a time until it is complete.

While the course may not be fully complete until next season, we are planning on doing a “soft” opening in September and offering discounted admissions as the course will still be a “work-in-progress.”

We thank you for your patience and in the meantime, we hope you stop by for some awesome gift shopping and to enjoy the area’s only homemade ice cream. We will also have our annual corn maze this fall.
