Damion Colter brings his many years of hospitality experience to Cleveland as both the creative force behind many outstanding specialty drinks and a top consultant in the restaurant industry. Damion's hands-on, no nonsense amd over the top high quality style of guest service stems from his background as a Premier Flare Bartender and Master Mixologist. Although a born and raised native of Cleveland, for over 17 years, Damion has been entertaining and catering to his guests from LA to Miami. He has been the recipient of many awards, including "Best Flare Bartender of the Year" 3 years in a row and "Best Drinks of the Year" 2 years in a row, "Best Master Mixologist of the Year" 2 years in a row in Santa Cruz, CA, Las Vegas, NV and Miami, FL. With his encyclopedic knowledge of all things potable, Damion has created hundreds of delectable concoctions in his own very unique style. As the owner of BlackRose Innovations, Damion combines this creativity with a desire to take care of each customer as if they were a guest in his own home. Damion is committed to ensuring that each and every guest has the best evening possible.
