In support of our fundraiser to raise money for the World Central Kitchen and those affected by the Colombian earthquake, we will be running two Colombian inspired specials this weekend.

First, the Co-Boy Sandwich features a grilled mild chorizo sausage topped with yucca fries, ajo (garlic sauce), and aji (Colombian hot sauce) for just $12. Think a Colombian version of a Polish Boy.

Next we are doing a Colombian Street Dawg. You can find these late night from street vendors all over Colombia. We start with an all-beef hot dog and top it with salsa rosado (pink sauce), pineapple sauce, bacon, crumbled potato chips. This and light b**r are a match made in Colombia 😜 🇨🇴

Earlier this week a devastating earthquake hit western Colombia. Buildings collapsed, the infrastructure was decimated, and hundreds of lives were lost. My wife grew up in Cali, one of the hardest hit areas. Her mother and family still live there but fortunately no one was hurt in the quake. Most were not so lucky. We have decided to run a fundraiser to help those affected by the tragedy. This weekend we will be donating 10% of ALL SALES to José Andrés World Central Kitchen . The World Central Kitchen supplies meals to those hurt by humanitarian crises around the world. They were on the ground the next day in Colombia. Please stop by Banter this weekend or consider directly donating to this amazing organization.
