It is officially spring, and you know what that means... It's BBQ Season!!

We are happy to announce that we have opened up seating to our April 30th Moyers Barbecue BBQ Cook School! During the cook school we spend the day preparing and smoking brisket, pork butts, chicken legs, ribs, half chickens and several other proteins and sides! This is a hands on class where I teach you techniques, theories and recipes, and you, the class, prepare and smoke all of the meat!

During the cook school we spend the day preparing and smoking brisket, pork butts, chicken legs, ribs, half chickens and several other proteins and sides! This is a hands on class where I teach you techniques, theories and recipes, and you, the class, prepare and smoke all of the meat!

It's beginning to warm up and spring is just around the corner! You know what that means... It's BBQ Season!!

We are happy to announce that we just opened up seating to our April 30th Moyers Barbecue BBQ Cook School! During the cook school we spend the day preparing and smoking brisket, pork butts, chicken legs, ribs, half chickens and several other proteins and sides! We also teach how to cook on multiple styles of cookers including traditional offset wood fired smokers, pellet smokers and charcoal fed gravity feed smokers. In all we will be using 7 different kinds of pits in the school to cook almost 200 pounds of meat!
