Slate Hill Lavender Farm is a small, artisan farm nestled in the hills of Sharon Springs, NY where they specialize in growing lavender and everlasting flowers for drying.

In addition to bunches of lavender, at the farmers market they offer a wide variety of lavender-based items including: sachets, honey, balsamic, and jelly.

May is here, bringing the promise of blooms—and there’s no better day than May Day to share some exciting news! Our farm will officially open for lavender season on Friday, June 19th.
The countdown is on: 7 weeks, 49 days, 1,176 hours, or 70,560 minutes—however you measure it, we can’t wait to welcome you back for the beauty and fragrance of lavender in full bloom. See you soon at the farm! 💜

The market will run Sundays, May 24 - Oct 11 at The Schoharie County Fairgrounds in Cobleskill, NY in the historic Hall of Agriculture, featuring local farms, artisans, producers, and makers.
