GARLIC SCAPE GIVEAWAY

eSCAPE the mundane with seasonal veggies from your local farm!

As a thank you to all of our customers who can make it out to the Memorial Day weekend market in this wild weather, we want to offer FREE garlic scapes tomorrow at when you spend $40 or more!

We’re excited for you to try this lesser-known ingredient. Part veggie, part seasoning, we enjoy them sliced and sautéed in some olive oil and mixed into just about any dish!

It is a very short season (2–3 weeks only). They are easy to process: no separating, no peeling! And you use them just like garlic! They freeze well and make a great pesto. You can also use them in dip, throw them on the grill, or sauté them with some other seasonal veggies.

The 2026 growing season is right around the corner, and we’re excited to open sign-ups for the Cincy Urban Farm CSA!

This is our FAVORITE way to use the veggies we grow on the farm.

We typically would wait till summer to eat this but we decided we really wanted to show yall our favorite dish for when we have all these veggies growing!

So this Saturday we’re hosting a cooking class where we will show you how to make this pasta salad, artichokes and a plant based cashew “goat cheese”
