Equine assisted psychotherapy is an alternative to traditional office-based "talk-therapy." It's a less-invasive, solution-based therapy which allows the clients to come to their own conclusions with the help of the three-part team. Spending time with the horses allows clients to progress at their own rates without feeling pushed by a therapist. The equine member(s) of the team offer support and a judgment free environment to help groups and individuals grow.
