Packed with antioxidants and live cultures that help support gut health and digestion, it’s a refreshing alternative to sugary drinks.

Our Meyer lemons are getting closer to ripening. Most of the crop has started changing from dark green to a lighter green, which is a good sign. I’m thinking we’ll start harvesting our first lemons sometime in late November or early December, once they’ve reached that beautiful, solid yellow color and the balance of sweet and tart flavors is at its peak. Of course, the lemons will let us know when they’re ready!

For all those who are culinary curious or culinary experts, this is a must try. One of the most intoxicatingly fragrant citrus. How do you use it?
• Zesting & Cooking: Because the pith is not bitter, the zest can be shaved into salads, baked goods, seafood, or stir-fries.
• Candied Peel: The rind is often boiled and coated in sugar to make sweet candied citrus.
• Drink Infusions: It is commonly steeped in hot teas, sparkling water, mocktails.
• Aromatherapy: Whole fruits are displayed indoors as an ornamental centerpiece and natural air freshener.
