Finger Lime Season Is Here!

One of the most unique fruits we grow at 180 Degree Farm is coming into season!

If you’ve never tried one, you’re in for a treat. Unlike a traditional lime, when you cut open a finger lime, it’s filled with tiny, juicy citrus pearls that pop in your mouth - earning them the nickname “citrus caviar.”

Finger limes have a bright, tart, refreshing flavor and are incredible added to:

• Seafood & grilled fish
• Avocado toast & guacamole
• Fresh salads
• Tacos
• Sparkling water & mocktails
• Desserts
• Yogurt and fresh fruit

And like other citrus fruits, finger limes naturally provide vitamin C and other plant compounds.

But what we love most is how much flavor comes from such a small fruit. A little sprinkle of those citrus pearls can completely transform a dish.

Grown right here at 180 Degree Farm.

Finger lime season is just getting started, and we’ll be harvesting them as they ripen. If you’ve never experienced fresh finger limes straight from the farm, this is the season to try them!
