New Item Alert!🚨

Fresh eggplant will be available at the market tomorrow. One of our favorite ways to enjoy it is as individual eggplant Parmesan.

Slice the eggplant into ¼-inch rounds and sauté or roast with olive oil until tender. Place the slices on a sheet pan, then top with fresh garlic, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted and golden brown, then remove from the oven and finish with fresh basil.

It’s a simple, delicious dish that makes a perfect midday snack, appetizer, or light meal. Give it a try!
