🚨 PSA: PLEASE don’t get scammed, friends 😭🐾
We hate that we even have to make this post but unfortunately someone has been reaching out to vendors pretending to be part of our event coordination team and attempting to charge vendor fees. That is NOT us.
To keep things super simple:
✨ The ONLY people you should ever be discussing vendor spots, vendor slots, vendor setup, vendor donations, etc. with are:
• Alysia Coffman (our event coordinator)
• KYLE SCHAREN from Keller Realty (our sponsor/supporter helping curate this event alongside Alysia)
THAT’S IT. Nobody else. No “assistant.” No “staff member.” No “Travis.” 😭
And just to make this EXTRA clear:
🎀 Vendor spots are COMPLETELY FREE to join.
🎀 We do NOT charge vendor fees beforehand.
🎀 Vendor spots are OPEN TO DONATION the DAY OF the event if you’d simply like to support the rescue, the dogs, and help us continue putting on community events like this 🫶
🎀 Donations are 100% optional and appreciated, never required.
If anyone besides Alysia or Kyle is trying to collect money, asking for payment links, or claiming you owe a fee to participate… please ignore them immediately because it is a scam.
Now if someone is simply sharing our flyer, inviting you to attend, hyping up the event, telling you to come support, or directing you TO Alysia or Kyle… that is completely okay!! We’ve encouraged people to spread the word because we want this event to be huge, fun, and full of community support 🤍
We just do NOT want our amazing vendors getting confused, stressed, or worse — scammed out of money over a fake “vendor fee.”
