1 oz Dead Parrot Vanilla Bean Rum
1 oz Rye Whiskey
0.75 Sweet Vermouth
0.5 Cointreau
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until the mixture is cold; strain into a glass. Express a lemon peel over the drink.
