Thanks to a few bonehead moves from me, we didn’t have our most consistent cook yesterday. What we turned is was quite tasty, but not our normal standards. This was a public event, and we had plenty of positive comments from the crowd. Unfortunately, the judges didn’t agree. We didn’t place.

🔥 10 AM Cooking kicks off (come hang anytime after!)
🍸 10:30 AM - Full bar opens
🎶 1:00 PM - Live music by the Northwoods Bassist
🎟️ 3:30PM - Tickets for competitors meat go on sale
🍖 4:45PM - Meat available after judging ("pay" with tickets)
🏆 ~6PM - Winners announced
