After 10½ years of baking for your biggest moments, I have made the incredibly difficult decision to close my kitchen.
For more than a decade, you have trusted me to be a small part of birthdays, weddings, showers, graduations, holidays, celebrations, milestones, and all the little moments in between. I will never be able to put into words what that has meant to me.
I have loved this business, but more than anything, I have loved the people. Some of my favorite friendships and memories came from this little cookie business, and I am forever grateful for every one of them.
As I step into the workforce full-time, I have had to take a hard look at what matters most. The time I have left with my family is precious, and it is time I will never get back. I want my nights and weekends to belong to them again; to be present for the ordinary days, the adventures, the dinners, the chaos, and all the moments that somehow become the ones we remember most.
So, with a very full heart, I am closing this chapter.
To every person who has ever ordered from me, referred me to a friend, shared my work, liked or commented on a post, or simply cheered me on, thank you. You supported me in more ways than you probably ever realized.
I am also incredibly grateful for the amazing bakers I have met along this journey. If you need cookies in the future, I will gladly point you toward some of the talented people I have been fortunate enough to know.
Closing a business that has been such a huge part of my life for 10½ years is hard, but I am incredibly proud of what it became, grateful for every person who helped make it possible, and excited for what comes next.
Thank you for letting me be a small part of your biggest moments for the last 10½ years. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
